On-time project delivery due to the discovery, organization, and design process model used to redesign the platform.
Discovery:
After the interview, I used a CSD matrix to identify the key points to discuss with the client. I then mapped the functions of the current platform to recreate the flow in mind map format, which I used to document and facilitate the development of the information architecture.
Organization:
I documented the entire user journey mapping process in a FigJam file using the service blueprint as a tool. This transparent model gave clients access to the entire process, allowing them to discover and build a user-focused digital product.
Design:
After studying consistent colors, defining the information architecture and style guide, I divided the platform’s design deliverables into profile creation modules: User, Content Creator, Manager and Administrator. In addition, I designed a product landing page for potential future marketing campaigns. The project was then developed internally by the client.
